4. Credits and Payments
Certain features require credits purchased through the platform. Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Pricing is subject to change with notice.

Exlitem provides expert information as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy of expert credentials, testimony history, or Daubert outcomes. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
